Shipping:

• Processing Time: Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment has been received.
• Shipping Schedule: We ship from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays.
• Shipping Options:
• First Class Mail: Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days (our primary shipping method).
• Priority Mail: Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.
• Priority 1: Estimated delivery in 1-2 business days.
• Carriers Used: We currently ship via USPS and UPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package.
• Liability Disclaimer: After your order has been shipped, Then Came Marriage is not responsible for any loss or damage to your package. For any shipping-related concerns, delays, or inquiries, please contact the postal service directly.

 Returns and Exchanges:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@thencamemarriage.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether by correcting your order or issuing store credit.

• Return Policy: Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
• Return/Exchange Process: Any item(s) returned or exchanged must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure your items are securely packaged.
