Returns and Exchanges Policy for Then Came Marriage

At Then Came Marriage, we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help resolve the issue.

Returns:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted. If an item arrives damaged or defective, it will be replaced with the same product and size as originally ordered.
• Return Policy: Our return policy lasts 30 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged when returned.
• Disclaimer: Then Came Marriage is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the return process.

Important: Full refunds do not apply to custom orders.

Exchanges:

• For exchanges, please specify the item and size you would like instead of your original purchase.
• Items must be in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and unused—to be eligible for an exchange.

Cancellations:
